✅ Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted if:
✔ Wrong item received
✔ Product damaged in transit
✔ Product not working or defective
✔ Missing accessories

✅ Return Window

·         Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

·         Product must be unused and in original packaging

✅ Return Process

1.      Contact support with Order ID, photos/video of issue

2.      Our team will verify and arrange pickup

3.      Product will be inspected after return

4.      Refund / Replacement will be processed

✅ Refund Timeline

·         UPI / Wallet / Net Banking / Card: 3–7 working days

·         COD orders: Refund via UPI or bank transfer

✅ Cancellations

·         Orders can be cancelled before shipping

·         If already shipped, cancellation may not be possible — return can be processed after delivery

✅ Non-Returnable Items (If applicable)

·         Used / damaged by customer

·         Accessories without original packaging

·         Hygiene-related or personal-use products (if mentioned on product page)
